Check-In Information

Please Note

・Our Inn uses an unmanned front desk. Check-in procedures are conducted on the same date as your check-in date using the iPad mounted at the check-in front desk.
・Check-in time is from 16：00～18：00. (Check-in procedures cannot be made after 18:00.)
・To access the room, you will need to unlocktwo doors using two different types of keys.Please note that the types of locks are not the same and that the unlocking methods are different for each lock as explained in the description below.
・Check-out time is 10:00 am.

Check-In Flow

1．Unlocking the entrance door with the keyless electronic lock.
・You will be provided with a passcode before your check-in date by email.

・If you make your reservation through Airbnb, we will contact you via the Chat function.

※If you make your reservation through one of our hotel websites, we may call you to obtain your email address.

2．On the same day, you will be asked to unlock the keyless electronic lock on the outside key with your PIN code.
In case you are unable to unlock the door, please call 0263-40-5001.
※Check-in time is from 16:00 to 18:00. Please note that check-in is not available after 18:00.
3．Once you have unlocked the electronic lock, please enter the building and proceed directly to the check-in procedure on the iPad.

2. check-in procedures

1．Please fill out the check-in card.
2．Tap the "check-in" icon on the iPad to remotely confirm your identity.
※Use Skype video calls.
3．After confirming your identity, we will provide you with the PIN number of the key box containing the cylinder key.

3. Unlocking of internal keys (cylinder key)

Please unlock the inner key with the cylinder key and enter the room.
This completes the check-in procedure.

About check-out

Check-out time is 10:00 am. No check-out procedure is required,but piease be sure to lock the outside electronic lock before leave.
For locking method, please refer to "Keyless Electronic Lock Unlocking and Locking Method" above.

For those coming by car

・Please be aware that there are many one-way streets at the site.
・Two parking spaces are available free of charge. When using the parking lot, please refer to the map below and park in either No. 2 or No. 16, whichever is easiest to park in.
・Do not leave valuables or other items in parked cars.
・We are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking lot.
