Check-In Information

Please Note

・The front desk is unmanned. Check-in procedures will be conducted using an iPad at the check-in desk in the hotel on the day of your stay.
・Check-in time is from 16：00～18：00. (Check-in procedures cannot be made after 18:00.)
・Check-out time is 10:00 am.

1. Check-in Flow

1．At the inn and upon arrival, the outside entrance is unlocked, so please open the door and enter directly to the front space.

2．Please activate your tablet and proceed with the check-in procedure. In case the tablet does not start, please call 0263-40-5001.
※Check-in time is from 16:00 to 18:00.Please note that check-in is not available after 18:00.

3．When all procedures are completed, your PIN will be displayed on the screen of your tablet. Please do not forget it.

4．Please unlock the inner sliding door. Please make yourself at home.

2. Interior sliding door keyless electronic lock unlocking/locking method

※No automatic locks.Please be sure to lock the electronic locks when leaving the building.
※Please do not forget your PIN.

About check-out

Check-out time is 10:00. No check-out procedure is required, but piease be sure to lock the electronic locks on the inner sliding doors before leaving.
For locking method, please refer to "Keyless Electronic Lock Unlocking and Locking Method" above.

For those coming by car

・Please be aware that there are many one-way streets at the site.
・Two parking spaces are available free of charge. When using the parking lot, please refer to the map below and park in either No. 2 or No. 16, whichever is easiest to park in.
・Do not leave valuables or other items in parked cars.
・We are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking lot.
