There are procedures required both after making a reservation and at the time of check-in.
[After Booking]
1. After booking, you will receive a URL via email or SMS to create your My Page.
2. Once you create your My Page, a "Check-in Code" and a "QR Code" will be issued.
Please keep these two items safe, as they are required for check-in.
[At Check-in]
1. Select your preferred language on the tablet at the front desk.
2. Enter your "Check-in Code" or scan the "QR Code".
3. Follow the on-screen instructions on the tablet.
4. Once completed, your "Room Number" and "Key (PIN Code)" will be displayed. Please proceed to your room.
Please access your My Page (where your check-in code was issued) and click the "Check Out" button.
* Please note that our cleaning staff will enter the room after you click the check-out button, so we kindly ask you to vacate the room promptly.
Since we have subsequent reservations, please check out by 10:00 AM.
Please wait until 4:00 PM, as we need time for cleaning and room inspections.
Depending on the cleaning status, we may be able to keep your luggage, but since our front desk is unmanned, we might have to decline. Please contact the respective hotel in advance.
As long as it is after 4:00 PM, there is no problem if your arrival time changes. No contact is necessary.
Because our hotel is unmanned, we cannot accept luggage on your behalf for security and management reasons.
If you cannot connect to an operator within 30 seconds, you can skip the call (identity verification) and proceed with the check-in process. Please check the instructions at the front desk.
They will be displayed on the tablet after check-in is complete.
Staying with pets is not permitted. If a pet is discovered, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
